Administration and Business Services | Budget and Fiscal Services (Internal)
The mission of this department is to assist Riverside County Office of Education staff in developing and implementing their program financial areas. The budgeting staff is well informed on laws and regulations concerning the budget activities. Required state and federal reports are submitted in a timely manner. The accounting area is proficient in interpreting policies and procedures for both the collection of revenue and the payment of vendors.
The aim of the department is to provide program staff with accurate, timely, and responsive options while retaining flexibility for processing late changing circumstances.
