The RCOE Systems Support unit provides comprehensive support for the Business, Student, and Purchasing systems used by Riverside County K-12 school districts and community colleges. This support is provided Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. via email, phone, and fax.* We provide assistance with system issues such as system login, system performance, screen authorization, screen performance, screen operation information, and report processing. We also provide special requests processing including special reports and database mass update requests.
The support Web site is located at http://web.rcoe.k12.ca.us and can be accessed via the Internet by system users countywide. This Web site contains information pertaining to the Galaxy Business system, the Automated Purchasing system, and the Student system. The information includes manuals, reports, system issues and meetings. This Web site is only intended for use by districts, community partners and designated vendors. Users will be prompted for a valid username and password to access the site.
