Overview
The Riverside County Office of Education operates a 10,000 square foot warehouse facility. An eight-person staff provides logistical support to RCOEs classified and certificated employees. Typical functions include:
Central Receiving
The warehouse is responsible for the Central Receiving, delivery, and follow-up of purchase orders for all RCOE programs.
Surplus Property
The warehouse is responsible for the final disposition of all surplus property for RCOE.
Surplus property is distributed through various channels including redistribution within RCOE divisions, other Local Education Agencies, surplus auction and private sale.
