The Balanced Leadership Consortium is a three year, 10 session program designed to provide intensive professional development for school leaders within a collegial learning environment.
Based upon Robert Marzano’s leading-edge research on school, leader, and teacher impact on student achievement in the publication “School Leadership that Works: From Research to Results”
Participants learn how to apply the 21 research-based leadership responsibilities within their own work setting
It is anticipated that 60 administrators will be supported by this program annually
