Educational Services | Administrative Training Program (ATP) (Formerly AB 430)
The Administrative Training Program provides professional development designed to enhance school site administrators’ leadership skills and effectiveness within their complex roles. The training is organized into three modules: Module 1 – Emphasizes full implementation of standards-based instructional programs; Module 2 – Focuses on alignment of monetary and human resources; and Module 3 – Focuses on Technology applications.
