Inland Science Fair winners
 The 24th Annual Inland Science Fair drew 835 students from a four-county area (Riverside, San Bernardino, Inyo and Mono counties), including 38 public school districts and 31 private schools.
 Gold winners were named in the fourth- and fifth-grade; the junior division, sixth-through eighth-grades; and the senior division, 9th-through 12th-grades. The winners in the junior and senior divisions move on to the next round in Los Angeles at the State Science Fair, which will be held May 22-23.
