The only school district in California offering preschool for all, without regard for ability to pay, is Riverside County's Nuview Union School District. Riverside County Superintendent of Schools Kenneth M. Young interviews Nuview Superintendent Dr. Jay Hoffman about the program's origins and what it means to families.
