Temecula wins Mock Trial competition

Temecula Valley High School finished ahead of the team from Murrieta Valley High School in March to win the final round of the 2008 Riverside County Mock
Trial competition at the Riverside Historic Courthouse. The 26 teams began preparing for the competition in October with more than 400 students involved in regional
competitions in February. Riverside's Woodcrest Christian High School and Hemet High School took third place honors. The Riverside County Bar Association and Riverside County Office of Education each donated $1,000 to the winning team.
