Student Programs and Services | Home Independent Studies
The Home Independent Studies Program provides an alternative program for children in kindergarten through 12th grade, whose parents wish to educate them at home and provides students an additional educational opportunity. Parents act as an instructional assistant in cooperation with an assigned credentialed teacher in an independent study program requiring a minimum of 20 hours a week of acceptable, completed school work.
