Grades 4-8

Students study the correct spelling of words from prepared study lists and participate in "round" competition.

Wednesday, October 20, 2010	Riverside County Spelling Bee District Coordinators Orientation Meeting RCOE Conference Center - 2:30 p.m.
Tuesday, February 1, 2011	All districts Spelling Bees to be completed by this date
Friday, February 4, 2011	Registration deadline
Wednesday, March 23, 2011	Riverside County Spelling Bee Competition Moreno Valley Conference and Recreation Center - 9:00 a.m.
Saturday, May 21, 2011	California State Elementary Spelling Bee Sonoma State University
TBD	Scripps National Spelling Bee Washington DC
