Riverside County Academic Awards Dinner

High school students are honored based on their academic performance, GPA, SAT scores, and extracurricular activities. Each high school names from one to three students based on their enrollment, and the team is selected from that group.

California Distinguished Schools Program

This state program honors exemplary and inspiring public schools that meet a variety of eligibility criteria including designated federal and state accountability measures based on No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) and the Academic Performance Index (API) requirements.

Operation Recognition

Residents of Riverside County who missed completing high school due to military service in World War II, the Korean War, or the Vietnam War, or due to internment in WWII Japanese-American relocation camps, may receive high school diplomas.

Annual Riverside County Professional Development Conference for Educational Support Staff

Each year RCOE hosts this conference focusing on the interests and challenges of educational support staff throughout the county.  Education leaders and business professionals provide keynote speeches and workshops designed specifically to inform, motivate, and inspire educational staff members.
