CBK students and supporters:

We are truly sorry for the technical difficulties experienced in our YouTube live stream. Our streaming capacity was exceeded for a twenty-four hour period and we have to now allow for a day before we can broadcast.

We are rescheduling the graduation to Friday, May 29th, at 5:00 p.m. We will also make the video of the graduation available at that time in case technical difficulties arise in tomorrow’s live broadcast. The link on the invitation is still valid and we will be sending out calls, emails, social media posts, and text messages to ensure that everyone is aware.

We are saddened by these difficulties, but graduates, please know that we will be so excited to celebrate with you tomorrow.

Friday, May 29th, at 5:00 p.m.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q. Will we only get to see the video live?
A. We will make the final graduation ceremony available online for viewing after the initial streaming. Links will be posted on the RCOE website.

Q. Will the graduation be accessible for people with disabilities?
A. Yes, we are working closely with an agency to provide closed captioning.

Q. Will I be able to get a copy of the photo you took in my cap and gown?
A. Yes. After the ceremony broadcast, we will open up the graduation@rcoe.us email address for requests for photos. You may email then and request your photo.

Q. Will I be able to download and keep a copy of the ceremony?
A. Yes, and it is our hopes you will keep this video and watch it with pride whenever you would like. Information with instructions on how to do so will be provided on the RCOE website after the ceremony. Please note it may take up to one week after the ceremony before that information is posted.

Q. Can we watch it on TV?
A. If you have a smart TV, please research on how you can watch YouTube on your TV. Many modern devices (phones/computers/tablets) have the ability to mirror to a television. Other TVs have apps directly installed on them. Please research how you can do this on your devices prior to the date of the graduation.

Please note that this rcoe.us website will be providing more information as we get closer to graduation.
