The Center for Teacher Innovation (CTI) provides a cutting-edge teacher induction program that provides a meaningful and manageable pathway to clear a California Preliminary Teaching Credential while teaching in any setting around the world. Teachers develop instructional effectiveness through high-quality mentoring and research-based learning opportunities designed to accelerate student success. CTI partners with over 275 agencies, including county offices of education, districts, charter schools, and private schools, while also offering a fully online experience for individual teachers through our private-pay program.  

Our innovative program is designed to provide educators with opportunities to reflect on their teaching practice through job-embedded inquiry cycles aligned with the California Standards for the Teaching Profession. Throughout their induction program, teachers are supported by high-impact reflective coaches who guide them in thoughtful reflection of their teaching practice, preparing them to develop inclusive, dynamic classrooms where every student can succeed. CTI’s induction program offers a personalized, self-directed, and technology-infused pathway to earning a California Clear Credential.
