Family and Provider Portals

Early Care and Education (ECE) has online portals for families and providers.

Portal Features Include:

  • Printing Daily Sign-In/Sign-Out Records (DSSRs)
  • Viewing provider payment information
  • Accessing Child Care Certificates and Notices of Action
  • Reporting changes/updates

Once logged into the portal, please refer to the User Guide for detailed information about the online services available.

Family Portal Registration

To register, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to our Family Portal Website.
  2. Click on “Register”.
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. Enter your preferred password that meets the password requirements

Provider Portal Registration

To register, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to our Provider Portal Website.
  2. Click on “Register”.
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. Enter your preferred password that meets the password requirements.
