These meetings are for district-level categorical, project, and English learner directors and coordinators who oversee federal and state education projects including services for English learners (ELs). Directors and specialists will share expertise about federal and state programs and legislation, funding, regulations, assessment and accountability, Federal Program Monitoring (FPM), and Title III. Topics for discussion include LCAP, LCAP Federal Addendum, Differentiated Assistance, Comprehensive Support and Improvement (CSI), CA School Dashboard, English learners, alignment of state and federal programs, and best instructional practices.
