Information Technology Services

The Information Technology Services (ITS) Division strives to provide a wide range of support to internal programs, charter schools, districts, and community colleges in our region. ITS is composed of individuals talented in their areas that are dedicated to providing the best customer service to our users and customers.

The Business and Student System Support (BSSS) Unit provides Galaxy, MicroStrategy, OneSource, Galaxy Electronic Time and Attendance (GETA), and Student System support for contracted customers as well as for RCOE. The training department also provides training and implementation support.

The Data Processing and Network Services (DPNS) Unit provides end-user support for internal programs and systems and networking support for contracted charters, districts, and community colleges.

The Systems Development (SD) Unit provides software development services in developing and enhancing the Galaxy Business System and Galaxy Electronic Time and Attendance (GETA) for the organization and contracting customers.
