REQUIREMENTS:

  1. 40 annual hours of coaching with a skilled veteran administrator trained to support you in your first administrative assignment.
  2. The development of an Individual Induction Plan addressing 2 SMART goals linked to the CPSELs for both years of the program.
  3. 20-30 hours of individualized professional learning experiences.
  4. Portfolio that represents 2 years of leadership growth based on the CPSELs.

A FOCUS ON EQUITY AND ETHICS

Embeds the new Model Code of Ethics for Educators (MCEE).
