Rancho Mirage High hosts its own ‘Iron Chef’ challenge

Culinary students worked side-by-side with professional chefs during an “Iron Chef Competition” at Rancho Mirage High School on Saturday.

The competition, which raised money for the school and other community service projects, was hosted by the Palm Springs Evening Star Rotary. Four professional chefs participated, and each was assisted by two students from the school’s culinary arts academy.
