The Absence Management system is a new automated employee absence reporting system that has replaced Aesop and SubFinder. Absence Management is available to RCOE employees and substitutes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and can be accessed via the internet or phone.
At this time, only school site employees will be using Absence Management. All other employees will receive more information and training in the near future regarding their responsibilities for reporting absences in Absence Management. In the meantime, non-school site employees are to continue to adhere to their current established practice for reporting absences to their supervisor.
There are two options for all Absence Management users to access the system. These include:

The links below provide access to the quick reference guides for all RCOE employees and substitutes. The Employee guide will provide RCOE employees step by step instructions on how to create and cancel absences. The Substitute guide will provide substitutes with directions on how to accept or reject assignments that are available to them.
