The Absence Management System (AMS) is an automated employee absence reporting system. AMS is available to all RCOE permanent employees and substitute employees 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Employees are to report their absence(s) in AMS and adhere to their current established practice for reporting absences to their supervisor.

There are two options for all Absence Management System users to access the system.

The Live Scan Fingerprinting service assists districts and individual applicants in meeting fingerprint clearance requirements for school employment.

Current law requires that school districts and county offices of education obtain Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Department of Justice (DOJ) fingerprint clearance for all new employees. To assist districts in meeting this requirement, the Riverside County Office of Education operates Live Scan Fingerprinting services to electronically transmit fingerprint impressions to the DOJ and FBI.

The Live Scan Fingerprinting service is available by appointment as follows:
