New Website Elevates Extraordinary Service, Support, and Partnerships at Riverside County Office of Education (RCOE)

RIVERSIDE – Each day, RCOE’s website attracts more than 5,000 visitors seeking information related to TK-12 public education and the organization’s programs and services that support Riverside County’s 23 school districts and more than 515 schools.

Website visitors seeking details on everything from child care options and career opportunities to professional development training and educational resources encountered a fresh online experience starting on February 9 with the launch of the new www.rcoe.us.

“Clear and convenient access to information is essential to providing excellent customer service and meeting the needs of our community in the digital age,” said Riverside County Superintendent of Schools Dr. Edwin Gomez. “The new site reflects RCOE’s strong focus on the user experience through engaging visuals, clear graphics, and videos that highlight the excellence our team brings to everything we do.”

The improved website represents the first point of connection to RCOE’s award-winning programs and services that support students, educators, and schools. Created in partnership with Govstack, the new site includes more than 1,600 pages of fresh content and graphics. The project included engagement and input from every RCOE division, with leadership provided by the Web Services team.

Features of the new site include:

  • One-click access to the most popular content as revealed by site traffic and user surveys
  • Reimagined menu structure to better serve site visitors who may be unfamiliar with the programs and services offered by a county office of education
  • Authentic imagery and video footage of actual Riverside County students and educators
  • Dedicated search field at the top of each page
