The RCOE's School of Education provides many of the largest and most comprehensive educator and administrator preparation programs of any county office in California.

The School of Education (SOE) at the Riverside County Office of Education (RCOE) exists to meet the growing demand for highly qualified credentialed educators. The School of Education provides relevant, research-based credentialing programs through the Center for Teacher Preparation (CTP), Center for Teacher Innovation (CTI), and Center for Administrator Preparation (CAP).
