Transcripts and Student Records

The Riverside County Office of Education can provide records for students directly served in Riverside County Office of Education programs. Schools operated by local school districts or independent charter schools maintain their own student records.

RCOE Student Programs

Transcripts and student records for RCOE Special Education and Alternative Education programs including Court Schools, Community Schools, and CBK Charter School are processed using the secure, online platform, Scribbles.

(Alternative Education programs serve students who have been expelled, are incarcerated, or are credit deficient, and in the past may have had different titles.)

The records maintained by the Riverside County Office of Education are for the following programs:

  • Court School - Educational option for students incarcerated in juvenile hall

  • Desert Edge Adult School - Educational option for adult students who attended school while incarcerated in county jail, or while on an adult probation program through a Day Reporting Center

  • Special Education - Educational option for students on an IEP that cannot be served at a regular school district campus due to the nature of the degree of support needed to provide educational services to accommodate their IEP determinations.

  • CBK Charter - This is the only charter school directly operated by the Riverside County Office of Education. This is an independent study school that previously went by the name Come Back Kids.

RCOE Career Technical Education (CTE) and School of Career Education

Students who attended Career Technical Education programs or the School of Career Education should request records directly from the program.

Teacher and Administrator Credential Programs

Transcripts for RCOE credential programs may be requested through the School of Education.
