The Center for Administrator Preparation offers support for those pursuing requirements to become educational administrators in California. Our programs provide course requirements and job embedded training necessary to receive a preliminary, or clear an administrative services credential.
Educational challenges exist in schools across a variety of dimensions. We are committed to empowering capable, student-centered school leaders to facilitate just and effective practices. Our program is focused on building capacity with new educational administrators and prospective school principals to excel at meeting the increased demands of school leadership.

We build the capacity of school leaders by providing high-quality, two-tiered administrative services credential programs for educators aligned to the California Administrator Performance Expectations (CAPEs), California Professional Standards for Education Leaders (CPSELs), and Model Code of Ethics for Educators (MCEE) Standards, with a strong focus on fostering supportive and effective leadership.
