Academic Decathlon

Academic Decathlon is a team-based academic competition for students in grades 9–12 that tests knowledge across ten subject areas. Teams of nine students compete in objective tests, essay writing, speech, interview, and the fast-paced Super Quiz.
The program is designed to support students of varying academic levels, Honor, Scholastic, and Varsity, while promoting teamwork and academic growth. The county champion advances to the California Academic Decathlon, with the opportunity to compete nationally.
