Events and Engagement

The Events and Engagement unit creates meaningful experiences that connect the Riverside County Office of Education (RCOE) with employees, students, educators, families, leaders, and community partners throughout Riverside County.

The unit leads the planning and execution of major countywide events, organizational experiences, leadership engagements, employee recognition programs, and volunteer initiatives that support the mission, vision, and priorities of the Office of the Riverside County Superintendent of Schools (ORCSS).

Through strategic event planning, creative and technical production, event technology, and on-site coordination, Events and Engagement brings RCOE programs and priorities to life while creating welcoming, professional, and memorable experiences for the people and communities we serve.

The unit also supports efforts that strengthen employee connection and organizational culture, recognize achievement and service, create opportunities for leadership engagement, and expand RCOE’s presence throughout Riverside County.

Working across RCOE’s Riverside, Indio, and Murrieta locations, as well as schools, community spaces, and venues throughout the county, Events and Engagement helps ensure that each experience reflects the purpose, professionalism, and commitment to service of RCOE and ORCSS.
