Request Language Support

RCOE departments and authorized entities can request interpreting and translation services through our online request system. Our team supports a wide range of meetings, events, and documents to ensure clear communication across languages.

Interpreting services are available for meetings, trainings, workshops, and community events, including Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings and board or committee meetings. Translation services commonly include IEP documents, psychological, nursing, and speech and language reports, as well as family-facing materials.

Who can submit a request:
RCOE departments and authorized school districts or partner entities.

For parents and families:
Language support is provided at no cost. Requests must be submitted by the RCOE department or authorized entity hosting the meeting. Please contact your school or program office, principal, case manager, or representative for assistance.
